Background to
my work
The foundation of my work comes from my own lived experience.
I have experienced challenges that shaped how I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me.
For a long time, I tried to change things on the outside without understanding what was happening within.
At some point, that stopped working.
What changed wasn't finding the right answers, but choosing to stay,
to understand my patterns, take responsibility, and build a different relationship with myself over time.
I also have training in different aspects of coaching, but the foundation of my work comes from what I've lived, explored, and integrated.
